What you'll do 


As a Graduate Engineer or Consultant at Aurecon, you’ll work on complex, impactful projects and be part of a team that embraces challenge, change, and growth.   

Here’s a glimpse of your adventure:  

  • Own your career while growing your skills through workshops and self-paced learning 

  • Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills on live client projects 

  • Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design  

  • Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership  

  • Connect through Limelight, our early careers network 

  • Join our First Nations network for monthly yarns where mob support mob.  

 

What you’ll bring 

  • A relevant degree (or expected completion) in Engineering, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, Science, Commerce or related double degree. 

  • Graduated and available to start full-time in early February 2027 

  • Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems 

  • Strong communication skills and a team-orientated mindset 

  • Motivation to grow both technical and consulting capability
