You will focus on supporting trusted client relationships and helping create innovative, analytical solutions that provide insights for clients making critical decisions. 

You will join Scyne's Transformation practice as a Graduate in our Data and AI team. In this role focussed on data analytics and data science you will help our clients across the Public Sector, Transport, Health, Defence, and more to create data backed insights to help our clients make critical decisions.

The team works to design, build, and deliver innovative analytics-backed and AI-enabled solutions. You will work alongside multidisciplinary specialists to help redefine business functions using our proprietary AI ecosystem and enterprise-grade tools like Gemini and Claude.


Day to day, you’ll: 

  • Develop and enhance data analytics solutions using core industry tools including Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, alongside cloud analytics and compute services across AWS and Azure.

  • Support the development of traditional and cloud-based analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools. 

  • Leverage secure, enterprise-grade AI tools to assist with research, code generation, data synthesis, and insight generation under the guidance of senior team members. 

  • Help translate the commercial and technical objectives of our stakeholders into solution designs that drive value for our clients. 

  • Work collaboratively in agile, cross-competency teams to deliver client value in an accelerated manner. 

 

As a growing professional in Data & AI, you’ll: 

  • Take a business-led approach to analytics, blending your growing technical skills with a consulting mindset to ensure the insights we develop truly add value. 

  • Participate in shaping propositions for clients, contributing to proposal responses, and supporting delivery engagements from initiation to successful outcomes. 

  • Learn to navigate AI ethics, ensuring all AI-derived insights are grounded, validated, and aligned with Scyne’s robust AI Acceptable Use Guidelines. 

Qualifications

To be eligible to apply you need to:

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Have completed or be completing a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Data Science / Data Analytics in either 2025 or 2026
  • Prior working experience in Data / Analytic related roles, internships or placements would be highly regarded
  • Be able to commence in March 2027
