Colas Canada’s Miller Group in New Liskeard seeks a 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician for a full‑time onsite role. The ideal candidate will hold a 421A licence, have a valid G licence, and own a set of tools, with 310T or 310S as assets. Bring experience repairing hydraulic and electrical systems, a positive, team‑oriented work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. DZ licence, roadside service experience, diagnostic software, and welding skills are assets. Compensation ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, with a culture focused on learning, safety and inclusion. Minimum Qualifications:
- 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Licence
- 310T Truck and Coach Technician License or 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence, an asset
- Valid G license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Experience in repairing hydraulic and electrical systems
- Possess own set of tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- DZ license, an asset
- Road side service experience
- Experience with diagnostic software
- Torch and welding experience
Compensation Data
$35-$45 per hour dependant on successful candidate's qualifications.
