BMG is seeking an A&R Coordinator for New Recordings on a fixed term contract in London through May 2027. The role is an end-to-end project coordinator position, overseeing recording projects from concept to release and ensuring delivery across Marketing, A&R, Operations, Finance and Legal while managing budgets and contracts. You’ll manage release logistics and asset management, and provide admin support to the A&R team and artists, including studio bookings. Ideal candidate has label experience in project coordination or A&R admin, with strong knowledge of the release lifecycle, superb organization, budget and metadata skills plus clear communication. You'll manage communication across marketing, A&R, operations, finance, and legal teams, ensuring timely delivery of music, budget adherence and contract management.
