Water Corporation is hiring an Aboriginal Community Engagement Lead in Leederville, WA for a full-time, onsite role that guides a team delivering culturally responsive engagement under the ACWS program. The package includes a salary around $135,693 plus 12% super and co-contributions, flexible work options such as a 9-day fortnight and work-from-home days, and Aboriginal cultural leave. You will lead, mentor and partner with Aboriginal communities, stakeholders and project teams, provide strategic advice, and coordinate regionally across infrastructure delivery. You will lead a team of professionals to deliver culturally responsive engagement, strengthen relationships with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across a dynamic and complex program environment.
