The frontline role involves intake, triage and risk assessment, coordinating access to care, linking young people to internal and external services, and offering walk-in assessments and Single Session Therapy within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You should hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, have youth mental health experience, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
