The Opportunity: 

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Accommodation Services Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners across the Gippsland region.

This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across your portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care 
  • Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders
  • Responding to incidents and feedback in a timely manner
  • Support the development and review of care plans and documentation 
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Clients and their families feel supported, engaged and respected
  • Support workers are confident, capable and well supported
  • Rostering and operational processes run smoothly

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care; ideally within NDIS 
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable 
  •  A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support 
  • Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams 
  • Proven operational performance management skills in alignment with performance targets and KPIs.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Current National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Evidence of current work rights in Australia
