The role

Reporting to Business Director, you will be responsible for the strategic development of client partnerships. You will manage high-performing account teams and direct overall account profitability while building solid relations and top-tier partnerships. Your focus will be on directing overall account profitability and ensuring our service quality consistently exceeds client expectations.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • You will act as an inspiring and strategic leader to deliver best in class integrated campaigns

  • You will foster senior level relationships with clients while navigating complex corporate structures

  • You will travel as needed to maintain key relationships with partners

  • You will conduct regular client health checks to monitor campaign performance and return on investment

  • You will develop and execute account growth plans to maximize agency influence

  • You will play a key role in pitching and securing new business to expand the agency portfolio

  • You will produce compelling strategic proposals and presentations to drive client engagement

  • You will support team engagement and wellbeing while ensuring alignment with agency goals

  • You have sound agency experience including both digital and traditional marketing

  • You possess a proven track record of strategic account growth and new business acquisition

  • You demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills

  • You have experience in budget management and financial reporting

  • You possess strong communication and presentation skills for pitch delivery
