About the Role:

We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. As an Account Executive, you will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal service levels for the client.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
  • Lead or supports win/win negotiations that lead to stronger strategic partnerships
  • Take ownership and accountability for driving the strategic direction of the client’s program
  • Work closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program



About You:

  • Previous experience in a Client or Sales Coordinator role is desired
  • Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
