Black Diamond Networks is looking for a focused, competitive Account Executive to join their Basel, Switzerland on-site team, with uncapped commission potential and a fast-paced environment that rewards results. You will generate new business via cold calling, referrals and lead generation, nurture relationships, manage market intelligence in a CRM, and partner closely with recruiters to fill roles across Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years in sales or recruiting, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, and superb phone-based communication, multitasking, and problem solving. What you’ll do:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute on client growth opportunities within accounts
Effectively negotiate pay rates
Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fulfill open positions
Industries include: Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology
Experience and skills you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phone
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
