What The Account Executive Will Do In Charlotte
You will design and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow revenue within residential add-on replacement HVAC customer portfolios, guided by market analysis. The role calls for building and optimizing relationships through digital channels to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen partnerships, while identifying high‑value opportunities within established accounts and moving them forward with independent judgment.
Collaboration is key in this position. You’ll work across functions to enhance the customer experience and drive measurable sales results, using CRM analytics to assess performance and inform data‑driven strategies for portfolio expansion. The Right Candidate For The Charlotte Account Executive
- 5 or more years of progressive experience driving business growth and revenue development, with emphasis on strategic sales and relationship management. B2B and HVAC or similar sales is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably B2B
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun personality.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships.
