ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are scaling our proven Oil & Gas AI Software Platform division and seeking Account Executives to expand our direct customer footprint in strategic regions. This is a high-impact revenue role: you will own a portfolio of strategic oil & gas accounts, drive adoption of our AI O&G Software Platform and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

YOUR TASKS

  • Drive new business acquisition with high-value Oi& Gas end users identified as strategic for our AI Software solution.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across executive, commercial, technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution design, value articulation, commercial discussions, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute regional Go-To-Market strategies to accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust, predictable pipelineleveraging both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Collaborate internally (e.g. with Customer Success and Product teams) to ensure successful adoption and measurable customer impact.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting in addition to revenue reporting.
  • Establish repeatable sales playbooks to scale success across accounts and regions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales with technical products.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas through hunting and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including executive alignment and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience navigating contracting and procurement processes in large enterprises.
  • Strong ability to articulate business value of AI-driven platforms to technical and commercial audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, structured, and capable of building processes in a scaling environment.
  • Regional expertise with willingness to travel to engage key decision-makers.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English.
