Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an Account Executive, Payments to join the Melbourne based Payments Sales team and drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments within our merchant base, focusing on cross-sell from existing POS customers to the integrated payments solution. You’ll own the full sales cycle from qualification to contract closure, partner with Onboarding for smooth launches, and serve as the internal SME on payment processing while feeding product feedback. Requirements include 3+ years in payments, 3+ years closing tech or solution sales, proven pipeline generation and quota achievement, and strong English (French a bonus). In your application, quantify revenue impact, show cross functional collaboration, and illustrate growth of existing client relationships; indicate willingness to be onsite in Melbourne and alignment with Lightspeed’s inclusive culture.

We’re looking for an Account Executive, Payments to join our Payments Sales team in Australia. You will responsible for driving the adoption of Lightspeed Payments within Lightspeed's existing merchant base in Australia. This is a dedicated cross-sell/upsell position focused on transitioning current Point of Sale (POS) customers to our proprietary, integrated payment processing solution.
Lightspeed Payments has been continually invested into since launch in 2019, integrating a number of unique value drivers into the combined POS-payments solution. Building off of success our new business teams have experienced in selling the combined POS-payments solution, we are scaling our ability to sell payments into our existing merchant base, many of which became clients before we scaled Lightspeed Payments.
