Pepperstone is hiring a full-time Account Manager in London on a hybrid basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, converting leads into funded accounts and guiding them through the early trading journey, while nurturing relationships, resolving funding and trade queries, and collaborating with operations and support to uphold compliance. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service and sales skills, clear written and verbal communication, a solid grasp of financial markets, quick learning ability, and strong numerical competence, plus a collaborative spirit. Desirable: finance or economics degree, sales or trading background, familiarity with MT4 MT5 cTrader and TradingView. Their key mission is to convert interested leads into active accounts, assist clients with funding their accounts, and expertly guide them as they embark on their trading journey.
Once trading is underway, they play a hands-on role in nurturing and managing the client relationship through this essential early stage.
