The role
As an Account Manager, you will work cross-functionally, engaging with teams across Podium, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving growth within our existing customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and building strong multi-stakeholder relationships.
You’ll partner closely with a pod of two Customer Success Managers who manage customer health and retention, while you lead the growth strategy for their shared book of business. You’ll be equally driven by a customer-centric mindset and a strong desire to achieve expansion revenue targets.
