Merck Group is seeking a Strategic Bioprocessing Account Manager in ANZ to drive growth and protect revenue across a strategic portfolio of biotech and pharmaceutical accounts. Based in Sydney with in-field presence and interstate travel, you will build relationships with decision makers, execute value-based selling, and collaborate with Marketing, Technical Specialists, and Supply Chain to ensure tailored proposals and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in B2B sales or technical sales, a Science or Engineering degree, and strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) territory is comprised of majority Strategic customers as per the PS Customer Stratification model. In-field presence and interstate business travel is a strong expectation of the role.

You will develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, understand customer needs, and deliver high-value solutions that advance customer success and Merck KGaA’s market leadership.
