In this role you’ll reignite engagement, build relationships with key decision makers, develop tailored account plans, monitor product adoption, and own revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and other teams and maintaining a clean Salesforce pipeline. The position requires 2-4+ years in account management or relationship focused sales, preferably with MSP clients, and a proven track record of meeting targets, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication.
