Overview: 

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager to join our Web3 & Digital Assets sector. You’ll manage fast-moving accounts across crypto, fintech, blockchain, and emerging tech, working closely with senior leadership, media, and clients to deliver strategic communications, PR, and integrated campaigns.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agency environments, understands Web3/fintech narratives, and can juggle client servicing, project management, media relations, and content with confidence.

 

You’ll be a core client contact, responsible for driving execution, maintaining relationships, and ensuring top-tier delivery across accounts like exchanges, L1/L2s, fintech apps, and digital platforms.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as day-to-day client contact for Web3, fintech, and digital asset accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead status calls, weekly reports and planning sessions,
  • Manage scopes, timelines and deliverables,

 

Project Management

  • Own campaign execution from briefing to delivery
  • Coordinate across internal teams (PR, PA, content, digital, creative, strategy)
  • Keep projects on track with timelines, approvals, dependencies, and deadlines

 

 

PR & Media Relations

  • Support and execute PR announcements and media pitches across tech, business, finance, and crypto media
  • Assist with drafting press releases, pitches, media briefs, Q&A, talking points
  • Oversee content development for thought leadership, op-eds, blogs, announcements
  • Build and maintain media lists and journalist relationships
  • Have relationships with sector specific journalists (web3, fintech and digital assets) 
  • Track coverage, sentiment, and reporting
  • Ensure messaging consistency across channels and markets

 

 

Strategy & Growth

  • Contribute to campaign strategy, narrative development, and positioning
  • Support new business pitches and proposals
  • Stay up to date on Web3, crypto, fintech, and tech trends

 

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong account management and client servicing skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Solid PR fundamentals such as media pitching, press materials, campaign execution
  • Strong writing and editing skills (English)
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear stories
  • Confident communicator with clients, media, and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience working with Web3, crypto, fintech, or emerging tech clients
  • Understanding of blockchain, exchanges, DeFi, payments, or digital platforms and ecosystems 
  • Regional or global campaign experience
