You will map client network, set performance expectations, and apply Miller Heiman selling principles, Tenacity Client for Life, and succession planning. As an Account Manager (Facility Management/Janitorial), reporting to the District Manager, you will provide full oversight of custodial services and leadership of our team of staff. In this role, you will be client facing and responsible for the successful execution of the scope of project as well as delivering on key deliverables for our company, including managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and the health and safety of our employees.
Position Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 11:00am to 7:30pm (Subject to Change to meet client requirements)
