What you will do:

 

  • Account plan, manage and expand customer relationships   
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and growth areas 
  • Manage business risk and implement mitigation strategies 
  • Execute insight selling to meet client needs effectively 
  • Negotiate profitable contracts with precision 
  • Lead commercial management across business activities 
  • Drive strategic conversations and identify expansion opportunities 
  • Serve as trusted advisor to key decision-makers 
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across internal teams 
  • Ensure compliance with Ericsson policies. 

 

The skills you bring:

 

  • Strong customer engagement capabilities with IT/Telecom industry knowledge 
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business goals 
  • Expertise in market analysis and business risk management 
  • Proficiency in insight selling and contract negotiation 
  • Core fluency (dual mode 5GC/EPC, N26), IMS/VoLTE/VoNR & EPS FB 
  • Policy/charging (PCF/PCRF) and UDM/HSS basic knowledge 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
  • Consultative selling and storytelling capabilities 
  • Situational agility and strategic sense-making 
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with customer-first approach 
  • Passion for solving complex challenges and achieving ambitious targets 
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and enterprise environments.
