Flagstone is seeking an Account Relationship Manager for IFA & Wealth, based in Manchester with hybrid working options and covering the north of England. This field-focused role centers on opening doors with IFAs and wealth managers, converting conversations into long-term referral partnerships, and training advisers on the portal to reduce friction. You’ll own a regional territory, spend most of your time in the field, visit firms, attend events, and manage a healthy pipeline with regular updates to the Relationships Team Lead. Bring proven field sales and relationship management experience, solid IFA/wealth knowledge, and the ability to travel. You're a relationship builder with a track record of direct outreach to financial advisers and wealth managers. You know how to open doors, develop trust and turn an initial conversation into a long-term partnership. You're energised by both the business development side, identifying and engaging new IFA firms in your region, and the relationship management side: deepening existing connections, training advisers on the platform and driving consistent referral performance. You understand what motivates IFAs and wealth managers, and you know how to position a proposition that genuinely serves their clients.
