What you'll be doing
As an Account Sales Executive, you’ll own the initial commercial relationship with newly approved SME customers. These businesses already want access to our product — your role is to educate, activate, and grow their spend by understanding how their business works and showing where our card adds value.
You’ll spend most of your time speaking directly with SME owner-directors and finance managers, helping them move from “approved” to “actively using us as a core payment tool.”
This is a phone-led, target-driven role where success comes from commercial curiosity, resilience, and the ability to influence decision-makers.
