We’re looking for an EMEA Accountant to join our growing global finance team in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of regional accounting operations while working closely with an international team.
In this role, you will act as the go-to finance partner for EMEA, supporting multiple offices (Amsterdam, Munich, Udine) while collaborating daily with colleagues across our global finance organization.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and building structure, while still benefiting from mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to global best practices.
What you can do for us:

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records

Performing daily bank reconciliations across multiple countries

Preparing and executing payments, including payroll support

Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

Preparing quarterly VAT returns across EMEA entities

Issuing and managing sales invoices

Producing financial reports and supporting analysis

Acting as the main point of contact for EMEA finance operations

Collaborating with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy

Managing the team finance inbox and coordinating with stakeholders
Who we're looking for:
- A high-energy, proactive, and accurate person driven to succeed
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the European market.
- An individual who can collaborate and is eager to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office Package
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience with the Great Plains is a plus
- Relevant experience required (e.g. closing the month and a year, reconsiliation, maintaining cash flow, reporting, processing invoices)
- Someone who has an ownership approach
