About the Role

Mercedes-Benz Ringwood has an outstanding opportunity for an Administration Officer with Accounts Payable and Receivable experience to join our dealership team. This role is perfect for a Junior Accountant or Senior Accounts Clerk ready to make a meaningful impact in the automotive industry.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a position that offers both challenge and reward. You will be instrumental in supporting the success of the dealership while working closely with the Dealership Accountant and wider finance team.

Your Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of day-to-day processing including:

• Daily banking and reconciliations.
• Accounts payable and receivable - process invoices, payments, and collection.
• New and Used Vehicle deal processing.
• VicRoads payment reconciliations.
• General administration duties.

• Basic understanding of financial accounting principles
• Automotive experience highly regarded
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
