ACOR Consultants seeks an Accounts Receivable Officer for a permanent part-time, 30 hours per week, onsite role in Australia. The ideal candidate has recent AR experience, strong phone skills, solid typing and advanced MS Excel; MYOB Advanced is a bonus. As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be involved in the day to day accounts receivable processes, and will have the opportunity to act in a senior capacity as required to support the wider team. This is a permanent part time role at 30 hours a week

You will be involved in:

  • Allocating and processing payments
  • Liaising with staff and clients in regards to invoice and payment status
  • Preparing reports and following up on aged debtors
  • Reconciling Accounts Receivable accounts
  • Assisting with invoicing queries
  • Processing any cheque payments
  • Managing databases, and ensuring billing and finance systems are current

 What you bring:

  • Recent, relevant experience in an Accounts Receivable position
  • Excellent telephone communication, confidence and rapport-building skills
  • Good to Advanced typing skills (need to be able to update notes as you work)
  • Demonstrated, advanced MS Excel ability
  • MYOB Advanced experience ideal but not necessary
