Gaudenzia in Baltimore is seeking a full-time onsite Addiction Counselor to join a team dedicated to long-term recovery for people with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. You will manage a client caseload, perform screenings and ASAM assessments, develop treatment plans, document in the electronic health record within 24 hours and complete tasks within 72 hours, and lead individual and group sessions while coordinating with community resources for discharge planning and follow-up.
