The Opportunity
BlueScope Building Components is looking for a capable and motivated Administration Assistant to join the team based in Novar Gardens. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions, and services through key brands such as Fielders and Lysaght.
Working onsite five days a week (8am-4pm, with some flexibility around start and finish times), you’ll be the friendly, professional face of the site, while also keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly. This is a full-time permanent role with great people, real variety, and the kind of autonomy that lets you take ownership and grow.
You’ll manage daily administrative tasks, support projects and initiatives, and assist leaders and teams across the business. Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will provide dedicated administrative support as one of your key responsibilities, gaining invaluable exposure to various teams and initiatives. This role is fast-paced, safety-focused, people-oriented and purpose-led, a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both independence and collaboration.
