Main Duties:

  • Procurement and purchase requisitions
  • System monitoring and record-keeping, PASS, Salama, eSIS, Oracle
  • Filing, archiving, designing, photocopying, and other document-related tasks
  • Liaising between departments and colleagues to ensure information sharing is prompt and effective
  • Supporting various departments as required (Elementary, KG, Secondary, Front of House, Admissions)

Specific Duties:

  • Attend all administration team meetings
  • Typing and branding of official documents and letters of Admin Department
  • Receiving, directing and responding to emails on behalf of the Team as appropriate
  • Liaise with teaching and non-teaching staff and respond to enquiries on matters within the postholder’s responsibility
  • Design new documents, where necessary, to improve effectiveness of day-to-day operations.
  • Attend any training deemed necessary in relation to the role of Admin Support 
  • Support new staff – arrival, induction, accommodation and any other requirements
  • Collection of quotations and raising Purchase request for the education resources 
  • Maintain accurate distribution data of education resources including text and notebooks.
  • Organise and distribute books and uniforms to the students in collaboration with school accounts team and Operations department 
  • Collaborate with different departments and support with the completion of ADEK PASS profiles on the system for third-parties and other admin departments 
  • Monitor Salama system and report to the Operations department about delays. 
  • Mail merge letters to provide a more personalised service for parents and attached to DMS system
  • Maintain all the compliance document related to school. 
  • Maintain Bus student information. 
  • Support Front of House, as required, with record-keeping and communications.
  • Support Admissions, as required, with filing, and system-based work.
  • Support Operations and other departments with work on eSIS modules, as required.
  • Support KG, Elementary, and Secondary, with admin-related work, where and when required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in any Subject

 

Minimum Experience:

At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

 

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ideal candidate should be expertise in MS office systems
  • candidate should have good interpersonal skills and excellent command of English
