Citycare Property is seeking a Site Administration and Finance Lead at Trentham Military Camp to steer on-site admin, call centre, workforce planning and financial controls while supporting NZDF facilities across camps. Citycare Property will soon partner with the New Zealand Defence Force Facilities Management Services to provide essential facilities, maintenance, and infrastructure services across camps and bases throughout Aotearoa.

Join us in the role of Site Administration and Finance Lead, Trentham Military Camp to support the environments that enable NZDF personnel to focus on protecting and serving New Zealand communities.

Trentham Military Camp is a tri service NZDF base in Upper Hutt near Wellington, supporting a wide range of training and operational units from the Navy, Army, and Air Force.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Leading and motivating your team, ensuring services and obligations are met and align with business strategy and values.
• Leading and coordinating on-site administration, call centre, and workforce planning functions.
• Overseeing financial administration, ensuring all billing and invoices are accurate and timely.
• Maintaining robust financial records and data within the systems.
• Ensuring 24/7 service coordination requirements are effectively delivered.
• Ensuring compliance with the payment processes and contract financial requirements.
• Ensuring audit readiness across finance, administration, call centre, and workforce planning functions.

What We’re Looking For| Ā Mātou e Rapu Ana:
• Relevant finance, accounting, or business administration qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong working knowledge of invoicing, payments, and financial controls.
• Competency using financial and operational systems (e.g. MS Excel, CMMIS/CMMS or similar).
• Demonstrated capability to lead and coordinate small operational teams.
• Experience maintaining records and supporting compliance or audit processes.
• Absolute alignment with Citycare Property values.
• The legal right to work in Aotearoa, ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and willingness to consent to a Criminal Record Check
• Ability to meet NZDF specific security requirements
