Job Description

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. 

 

This position is predominantly an administrative role, involving banking reconciliation, maintaining database accuracy and integrity, aswell as assisting customers on the shop floor.

While this is a fixed-term position ending on 31 October 2026, there may be opportunities to move into a casual or other fixed-term role as we head into the busy Christmas trading period.

Hours of work:

  • Tuesday - 7am - 1:30pm
  • Wednesday - 7am - 1:30pm
  • Thursday - 7am - 1:30pm
  • Friday - 7am - 1:30pm 
  • Saturday - 7am - 10am

This is a fixed-term role with an end date of the 30th of October 2026

Note for this role you must have right to work in New Zealand. 

Qualifications

He kōrero mōu ake - About you

You will have: 

  • Experience in a cash office role before; handling and processing money and balancing tills
  • Excellent numeric skills is a must
  • A working understanding of Word/Excel and Outlook
