We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 12-month full-time contract. Reporting to the National Quality Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality, client-focused administrative services within a collaborative team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and maintain a professional office environment
  • Assist the National Quality Manager with assessments and coordinating medical reports
  • Liaise with internal teams, medical consultants, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Reports Production team to ensure efficient workflow
  • Contribute to timely report delivery and overall team effectiveness

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in medical/legal or injury management (desirable)
