Goodstart Parkdale is hiring an Administration Assistant to support a warm 60‑place centre in Parkdale, Melbourne, on a permanent part‑time basis (one eight‑hour day). In this one‑day role you will back the Centre Director, help prioritise the attendance pipeline, deliver friendly professional customer service, perform key admin tasks and nurture relationships with families. The package includes pay above the national award, a 15% childcare discount, six weeks paid parental leave, PD opportunities, a Fitness Passport and wellbeing days. In this role, you will:

 

  • Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform key business administration tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families
