The role also covers invoicing, forecasting, timesheet verification, events coordination, onboarding, and maintaining a professional office environment. Requirements include at least 3 years in a similar role, strong Word and Office skills, and ideally experience with Microsoft 365 tools. This role will supply all administrative tasks in the office, including Receptionist, supporting the Office Manager and Accounts Officer. It is an in office role.
Main job purpose:
Responsibilities:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Business administration/management qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong capability in Word is essential
• Experience using D365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint would be highly regarded
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
• Proactive approach with the confidence to support and drive compliance requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and assertiveness
• Proven administrative excellence, with outstanding organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, approachable, and professional attitude.
