About the Role

 

JBS Pork Australia – Farming Team is currently recruiting a Casual Adminstration Officer to support the team at our Huntly site. 

This position will be responsible for providing critical administrative support, document and systems management (including SharePoint), SAP data entry and maintenance, and injury management support.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain all computer programs including (but not limited to) SharePoint, SAP, databases and libraries.
  • Maintain all Management System documentation including document control.
  • Contribute to key business activities and initiatives as required.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions at all times.
  • General data entry.
  • Word Processing tasks.
  • Perform other duties as required.

In addition, and as required:

  • Support Return to Work processes by assisting with documentation collection and recording.
  • Provide back-up support during periods of absence to team members.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent time management & attention to detail.
  • Work within a team environment or independently.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Experience in SAP desirable but not essential.
  • Current driver’s licence.
