Role Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) you will provide general administrative support such as appointment scheduling, organizing travel plans, and meeting arrangement for high level executives within the Hyundai Motor European group.
We want you to:
- Proactively support the Executives with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks at the European level
- Coordinate schedules, business trips, and meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely follow-ups
- Prepare and review meeting materials, take accurate minutes, and summarize key action points
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration
- Work closely with the Administrative Assistant team within the Chief of Staff Office to ensure alignment and consistency in administrative processes
- Assist with reporting and documentation, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all matters
- Prioritize tasks independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
- Support general office management and ad-hoc requests as needed
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives, ideally in an international or corporate environment
- Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Organized, proactive, and service-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
