About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator - Housekeeping to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by maintaining housekeeping databases, filing systems, records, invoices, purchase orders, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling staff rosters, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, maintaining records, and responding to inquiries from colleagues, vendors, and guests.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for housekeeping reports, checklists, contracts, inventory logs, and departmental documents as per management instructions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental meetings, training sessions, and events, while supporting the implementation of housekeeping policies, procedures, and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage communication and liaison duties by sorting and distributing incoming materials, maintaining mail and courier procedures, monitoring office supplies, and coordinating with other departments and external vendors.
  • Uphold Jumeirah’s standards of excellence by ensuring confidentiality, maintaining professional appearance, following HSE and departmental SOPs, and performing additional duties as assigned to support smooth housekeeping operations.

 

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
  • Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
