Nutrien seeks an Administrator, HR Support in Saskatoon for a full-time role. Reporting to Manager, Employee Support, you’ll be the first HR contact by phone, email and ServiceNow, answering questions on policies payroll benefits and leaves, guiding staff to self-service tools, assisting with benefits enrollment and tech support, and escalating issues while keeping accurate records and protecting confidential information. You’ll contribute to process improvement and cross training. Requirements: 1+ year in customer service or HR support, strong communication and attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft 365; SAP, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is a plus. This role provides support through phone, email, and case management systems, assisting with HR, payroll, benefits, and policy-related inquiries while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
