Administrator, Supply Chain

About the Role

The Administrator, Supply Chain keeps things running behind the scenes at DKSH Beauty & Wellness, supporting a busy supply chain team across site operations, inventory, health and safety, and reporting.

What You Will Deliver

  • Manage site needs including stationery and cafeteria ordering, supplier quotes, vendor records, and maintenance requests
  • Manage daily workforce hours in Biotime, including finger‑scan setup, and maintain accurate FTE and temp staff records
  • Oversee visitor management, security card access, and Technet Fleet Management system updates
  • Coordinate health and safety training, inductions, certification renewals, and upload all records into Skytrust
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports including Dangerous Goods, pallet counts, labour planning, pick and claim statistics, and freight savings
  • Manage day‑to‑day administration such as picklist filing, absenteeism tracking, DC staff communications, and track PPE records
  • Support inventory tasks including cycle counts, returns, and damages processing
  • Create and maintain SOPs for supply chain admin tasks, ensuring processes remain current and efficient
  • Provide administrative and coordination support as required

What You Bring

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience in warehouse or office administration; FMCG experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with inventory systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • High attention to detail with strong written and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to juggle priorities and stay organised in a fast‑moving environment
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work well with all kinds of people
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and using initiative
