This is a 0.60 FTE on-site role with Days and Weekends shifts, 7.5 hours per day, totaling about 1,950 annual hours. The position sits on the Admissions Team in Admitting Patient Registration 1 and focuses on collecting personal and financial data for admission while delivering exceptional customer service and accuracy. Key requirements include at least one year in an Admissions or medical office setting, experience with an Electronic Patient Record system, completion of high school and a recognized Medical Administrative Assistant program (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), typing at least 40 wpm, medical terminology, Windows and Office proficiency, and strong English and interpersonal skills.
