We're looking for an experienced Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) who maintains high standards of themselves and their staff to drive excellence in corporate concept store, located at our adidas Pacific HQ in Cremorne, VIC.

 

This is a unique opportunity to work in an adidas corporate retail store and requires an experienced, commercially minded leader who can closely align with our brand standards and objectives.

The ideal candidate must be able to confidently present themselves and their store to a high standard and work efficiently to support a wide variety of customers including the general public, brand partners and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

  • Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. 
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
  • Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
  • Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
  • Maintain and build corporate customer database to strengthen relationships and shopping experience.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brand partners to ensure professional and adequate department support at a store level.

 

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
•    Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear 

•    Visual Merchandising

•    Stockroom Procedures
