Macmahon is seeking an Organisational Development Advisor to drive diversity, inclusion, belonging and engagement in a full-time onsite Perth role at the WAC office, with flexibility for Melbourne or Brisbane. You will partner with leaders and People Representatives to design activities that promote workforce diversity, deliver the First Nations employment pathway, establish and sustain employee resource groups, and lead engagement surveys and data reporting using systems like SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or postgraduate qualification in HR or OD, 1-2 years in HR with strong D&I and engagement experience, plus superb stakeholder and data skills.
