Ich konzeptioniere und implementiere neue Prozesse für die Abrechnung von Systemdienstleistungen.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Referentin für die Abrechnung von Systemdienstleistungen bei 50Hertz trage ich dazu bei, die Systemstabilität des deutschen Stromnetzes sicherzustellen. In meiner Rolle entwickle ich projektspezifische Abrechnungslogiken, vertrete meinen Bereich in Projekten zur marktgestützten Beschaffung von Systemdienstleistungen und stelle die Implementierung im Abrechnungssystem sowie die erforderlichen Schnittstellen sicher. Dabei bringe ich meine Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, meine Affinität zur Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen und mein energiewirtschaftliches Know-how ein. Gemeinsam mit meinem Team gestalte ich neue, herausfordernde Projekte im wachsenden überregionalen Markt der Systemdienstleistungen und trage aktiv zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Energiewende bei.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Einführung von Abrechnungsprozessen für Systemdienstleistungen (z. B. Maßnahmen zur Netzstabilität wie Regelenergie oder Redispatch) sowie deren Überführung in den laufenden Betrieb,
• Projektarbeit und Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete: enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen wie IT, Energiewirtschaft und Systemführung zur Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Prozesse,
• Überwachung und Analyse der laufenden Abrechnungsprozesse, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren und Automatisierungen umzusetzen,
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Abrechnungen und Prozessen,
• Mitwirkung in nationalen Fachgremien (z. B. BDEW, TSO), um Standards und Marktregeln mitzugestalten.

Meine Kompetenzen: 

• Abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung,
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und pragmatisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken,
• Verständnis und Affinität für technische, kaufmännische und energiewirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge,
• Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Schnittstellenmanagement sowie Stakeholdermanagement,
• Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative sowie Organisationsgeschick,
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Offenheit und Neugier,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Interesse an energiewirtschaftlicher Datenverarbeitung und -analyse,
• Theoretische oder praktische Erfahrungen in gängigen Programmiersprachen,
• Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft in Deutschland sowie des relevanten europäischen Rahmens.
