The Advisory Graduate Programme (AGP) provides a structured entry into consulting across four rotations over 24 months. The Risk Consulting domain focuses on risk management, regulatory frameworks and financial resilience across industries. Early project exposure supports the development of analytical and consulting capabilities.
The programme offers broad exposure before specialisation and continuous coaching to define a long-term consulting focus aligned with strengths and interests. After successful completion, transition into a permanent consulting role.

Your Impact

  • Analyze how institutions and regulators assess risk and compliance by working with banks and organizations and observing audits.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes, tools, and recommendations aligned with clients’ business models.
  • Manage a broad risk agenda across financial and non-financial areas including capital, liquidity, operational risk, compliance, cyber security, operational resilience, recovery & resolution, and model risk.
  • Learn how end-to-end risk frameworks operate—from identifying top risks and setting risk appetite to designing controls, monitoring metrics, and preparing reports for management and regulators.
  • Support advisory and audit by designing, improving, and independently testing risk and control frameworks.
  • Collaborate with diverse experts to leverage multidisciplinary perspectives in financial risk, cyber, operational resilience, regulation, and governance.
  • Develop analytical and interpersonal skills through projects involving new regulations, data analysis, and delivering tangible client impact.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Up to one year of experience in risk analysis, modelling, consulting, or strategy; knowledge of credit risk, capital, or liquidity requirements is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand complex systems.
  • Ability to translate complex insights into clear messages for different audiences.
