IRT Group is offering a part-time Aged Care Trainee position at IRT Sarah Claydon Milton, a 24-month traineeship combining on-site experience with a Certificate III in Individual Support delivered by ITeC Academy. You’ll need to commit to at least 20 hours per week, with Thursdays reserved for study, and be flexible for shifts including weekends and evenings. Ideal candidates are empathetic and adaptable, genuinely interested in starting a career in aged care, and living in NSW with Australian citizenship or permanent residency, not currently studying or already holding a Certificate III. This exciting program is for a minimum of 24 months, and includes undertaking a Certificate III Individual Support, delivered by ITeC Academy, whilst gaining on-the-job experience and secure employment in a rapidly growing industry.
Traineeships will commence employment in March or April with IRT, study to commence with ITeC in May.
