We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Agency Content Operations Manager to join our TikTok LIVE MENA team. In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing content strategies for agency partners across overseas live streaming markets. You will play a key role in identifying content trends, improving live content quality, scaling successful content frameworks, and enabling agencies to strengthen their live streaming capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the live streaming ecosystem, has strong content strategy instincts, and is passionate about driving growth through localized, data-informed content operations.

Responsibilities:
Overseas Vertical Content Strategy
- Monitor traffic rules, recommendation logic, and content trends across overseas live streaming platforms.
- Analyze agency live streaming strategies, audience retention approaches, and creator incubation models.
- Identify user preferences across key verticals such as music, gaming, and talent.
- Produce industry benchmark insights and develop differentiated content growth strategies for agency partners.

Agency Content Operations System Building & Optimization
- Build and optimize a standardized content operations framework for agencies.
- Establish clear guidelines for live room content, scripts, scenarios, and audience interaction.
- Develop and maintain vertical topic libraries aligned with content opportunities and platform trends.
- Leverage platform traffic logic to design content optimization mechanisms and incentive frameworks.
- Improve the full workflow of content planning, production, review, and viral content incubation to enable scalable, repeatable high-quality output.

Special Content Project Execution
- Independently lead and execute special content initiatives, including quality improvement, viral content incubation, and localized adaptation projects.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to evaluation and post-project review.
- Consolidate reusable operational assets such as live streaming SOPs, scripts, and training materials to improve long-term efficiency.

Agency & Front-Line Team Enablement
- Support agency partners and front-line operations teams with standardized live streaming playbooks and best-practice replication methods.
- Deliver training sessions and Q&A workshops to improve content capabilities.
- Help agencies build stronger internal content teams, reduce trial-and-error costs, and improve overall content output quality.
