You will shape the vision and roadmap, drive agile practices, and uphold high quality service delivery through standardised processes and timely incident resolution. The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent, proven IT change leadership in mission critical or financial services environments, strong stakeholder management, and agile DevOps qualifications; tailor your CV to show measurable outcomes in vendor management, cross-functional delivery, and governance. The role will be managing a diverse IT team alongside service providers and vendors, collaborating closely with stakeholders across multiple departments—both within IT and the broader business (market and central)—you will ensure successful delivery of change and then introduce operational stability for the implemented solution.
