Your Role
As AI Enablement Lead, you will be the strategic force behind how artificial intelligence is understood, embraced, and scaled across a global, science-driven organization. In this newly created, high-visibility role within the Digital Innovation & AI Enablement team, you will define and execute the enablement strategy that turns AI potential into measurable business impact — building the communities, capabilities, and culture that make AI transformation sustainable.
You will partner with business functions to identify and prioritize strategic AI opportunities, translate complex challenges into actionable use case candidates, and maintain the organization’s AI roadmap. You will track AI adoption maturity across the enterprise, design targeted interventions to overcome adoption barriers, and coach product owners on AI governance and operating models. At the same time, you will build and nurture an AI-focused Community of Practice, develop AI champions and ambassadors across functions and sites, and design responsible AI guidelines that ensure ethical, compliant, and impactful adoption. This role operates with significant independence and requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioral change in a complex, matrixed, regulated environment.
Who You Are
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- You bring 5 or more years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology enablement, with a demonstrated focus on AI or digital adoption.
- You have a proven track record of building communities of practice and driving behavioral change in complex, matrixed organizations; experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- You have a strong conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their business applications, including familiarity with Agentic AI tools and low-code or no-code AI platforms.
- You understand responsible AI principles and governance frameworks, and you have experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs.
- You communicate with clarity and confidence, simplifying complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences and engaging effectively with executive stakeholders.
- You are a strategic thinker with operational pragmatism, a collaborative facilitator, and a continuous learner who can influence without authority across cultures and geographies.
- You demonstrate AI literacy — a working understanding of how AI technologies function, their practical applications and limitations, and the ethical considerations including bias, fairness, privacy, governance, and accountability — enabling you to make informed, responsible decisions in your role.
