Talan is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to build and deliver GenAI, LLM and applied data science solutions for client projects. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in data science or AI, strong Python and ML libraries, practical GenAI/RAG experience, and familiarity with AI agents and MLOps concepts. You’ll work onsite in London with travel as needed; Azure experience is a plus. To apply, showcase concrete outcomes, production grade code and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
