Qualifications include 5+ years selling or implementing compute solutions, experience with NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Dell, HPE, virtualization, Docker/Kubernetes, OpenShift AI, NVIDIA software, and travel 25-50%. Why you should join our AI & High-Performance Architectures (HPA) team?

World Wide Technology, Inc. seeks a Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) to deliver our AI & High-Performance Architectures (HPA) solutions to our customers in support of AI & Data Analytics workloads.  This strategic position will reside within the AI Practice and as part of the overall Global Solutions & Architectures (GS&A) team.  This resource will be responsible for developing and executing the overall HPA go-to-market with a focus on accelerated Computing Infrastructure and High-Performance Architectures centered around AI Factories. (High-Performance Computing, Networking, and Storage supporting, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning). This role will include assisting customers with the adoption and sizing of GPU hardware as well as building and deploying GPU-accelerated technologies.

In collaboration with other AI Solutions and HPA engineers, consultants, executives, regional architects, and sales leadership, responsibilities include:

• Identify and drive new business opportunities with the WWT field organization.
• Size and design HPA & AI Factory environments based on model type and customer use case defined by the line of business or needs of the architecture teams
• Promote HPA solution designs and configurations based on customer-specific requirements.
• Develop & deliver messaging that informs field-based training, enablement, and sales support.  These items may include brochures, briefings, workshops, reference architectures, advisory services, and demos.
• Train WWT and/or partners through roadshows and briefings on our unique ability to market, sell and deliver Compute solutions.
• Design GPU-accelerated technologies remotely, assist with HLD, BOM, and LLD requirements on-site at customer locations as needed (DGX- Hopper,  Blackwell, L40S, RTX Pro 6000, HGX, MGX, OVX, AMD Instinct, Intel Gaudi
• Assist in development and delivery of Global Solutions and Architecture (GS&A) team Market Scans for comparing and contrasting key OEM solutions across our HPA Portfolio
• A strong understand of AI workload management and tools like Aarna, Apolo, Rafay, ClearML, and others including the NVIDIA software suite
• Collaborate and align with our professional services organization to set the strategy for growing our HPA and AI services business
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings and training related to HPA and AI Factory products and solutions.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Achieve OEM certification requirements to maintain partner status across HPA
• Develop partner ecosystems and relationships complementary to WWT's go-to-market strategy where applicable.
• Drive partner product announcements, software updates, and product roadmaps. Assist in developing a go-to-market strategy for WWT to grow the AI & HPA business.
• Work with internal collaborators including adjacent practices, partner management, sales operations, and marketing to accelerate data strategy business.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years selling, architecting, implementing, and/or marketing compute solutions, including the following solutions areas and products:

• Supporting strategic sales initiatives.
• Accelerated, Edge, and High-Performance Computing platforms from NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Dell, and HPE, including blade, rack-mount, and modular solutions.
• Working with our storage experts and networking experts and a working knowledge of how AI impacts all components of the stack
• Understanding AI workload orchestration and MLOps concepts needed to bring AI Infrastructure to the Data Science groups that will consume them.
• Interfacing, creating, and fostering relationships with strategic partners including NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and all OEMs that support the latest accelerators (HPE, Dell, SuperMicro, and Others)
• Acceleration technologies such as GPUs, DPUs, and FPGAs
• OS and virtualization technologies:

• VMware vSphere, Red Hat Linux/KVMm, and Microsoft Windows/Hyper-V
• DGX OS (based on Ubuntu)
• Openshift AI Platform
• NVIDIA NVAIE, Mission Control, Dynamo, NIM, Blueprints, Run:ai and entire ecosystem.
• AI workload management and orchestration tools

• Strong organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills are required.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of the following areas and products:

• Docker & Kubernetes
• Cluster Networking
• Cluster and Workload Management - NVIDIA (BCM), Slurm and others
• Python coding a plus
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, toolkits, and workloads
• Firm organizational, conflict resolution, time management and negotiation skills are required
• Travel Requirements: 25-50%
