Durable is seeking a full-time onsite AI Marketer in Vancouver to own demand generation, influencer strategy, founder-led content, and conversion optimization across 10M+ users. The ideal candidate has a track record of running experiments rather than campaigns, writing and shipping code, and thinking in systems, with strong data literacy to decide what works by lunch. What matters most in your application is how you demonstrate thinking and making, not just resume bullets: a Loom video showing your unscripted reasoning, a concrete artifact you built or shipped, and clear answers to why Durable, your location, and salary expectations. Remote is fine within PST to EST, with quarterly trips to Vancouver.

What we're looking for

You've already killed your content calendar. You run experiments, not campaigns. You generate 50 ad variants before breakfast and have the data literacy to know which work by lunch. You understand that "AI business builder" is a category we're creating, not entering — and you know how to make it land. Your opportunity is to own demand gen, influencer strategy, founder-led content, and conversion optimization across 10M+ users. You probably write some code. You definitely think in systems.

Application process

Your works speaks louder than your resume. We want to see how you think, what you've made, and how you work with AI. Our application asks for three things:

1. A Loom video(2-3 minutes)

Tell us who you are, what you're working on or have recently built, and how AI is a core part of how you work. Don't script it. We want to see how you think out loud.

2. Something you've built or shipped

A link, a demo, a repo, a campaign, a dashboard, a process. Anything that shows what you're capable of making. One strong example beats ten weak ones.

3. A few short questions

  1. Why Durable
  2. Where are you located
  3. What are your salary expectations

Fine print

We are a Vancouver-based company and candidates need to be located between PST and EST timezones. Remote is fine - you can expect travel to Vancouver once per quarter (minimum) to work in-office with the team.
